Failure to keep your scheduled appointments
at Southfields Physiotherapy hinders our
ability to provide the best service to our
patients. We ask that you show us and other
patients consideration by calling at least
24 hours prior to your appointment if you
are unable to attend.
Please call Southfields Physiotherapy on
020 8870 8462 with your notification. This
will allow us the opportunity to offer that
appointment to another patient.
At Southfields Physiotherapy, failure to
give the 24 hours notice necessary prior
to cancellation, will result in a full charge
for the appointment. If you are claiming
from a private medical insurer they may not
pay the cancellation fee and you will be
liable for this payment.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows are
disruptive to the optimal delivery of care
and service to you and our other patients.
Missed appointments prevent other patients
from coming in at the same time and affect
the consistency of your own and other patient’s
rehabilitation program or service. We will
only use discretion and consider waiving
on exceptional circumstances like critical
emergencies or genuine illness.
