  ITEC Dip. Massage, Anatomy/Physiology.
Jenny graduated in French and Russian from
Sheffield University in 1994. With a passion
for skiing she subsequently went on to spend
the next 11 years working in the French Alps.
In 2002, after meeting some very inspirational
Physio and Massage therapists, Jenny decided
to study massage, anatomy and physiology
in order to combine the need to be in the
mountains with a new found interest in the
body and how it works. She subsequently worked
alongside various Tour Operators and for
a Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Clinic
as a Massage therapist.
Clientele ranged from professional skiers/snowboarders
and high profile clients to first time skiers
and children. Summers were spent crewing
on motor yachts in the Mediterranean and
working in private villas along the Riviera
as a Massage therapist.
In 2007 Jenny returned to the UK and completed
the APNT Sports Injuries Massage Diploma
(with Distinction) and set up her own business
in the New Forest, focusing mainly on treating
sailors, triathletes and marathon runners. In 2008 she accompanied Lawrence Dallaglio
and a team of 35 cyclists on a charity cycle
ride through the French Pyrenees as one of
a team of 3 Sports Massage therapists. The
ride was coast to coast covering over 1000km
in 8 days, raising over £400,000.
In 2009 Jenny returned to France for a final
winter season, working as Sports Massage
Therapist for Hip Chalets, a 5 star chalet
company in Chamonix. Jenny has recently worked on the TV show,
the Biggest Loser, as Sports Massage therapist
to the contestants on this Bootcamp who are
trying to lose weight.
Now based in Wimbledon, Jenny is still passionate
about skiing but spends most of her spare
time training to become a teacher of the
ancient Chinese form of movement and exercise-
Chi Kung, and supporting her family and friends
at various triathlons and marathons around
the world, from the sidelines and on the
massage couch.
