
Southfields Physiotherapy Ltd is an approved
physiotherapy clinic for BUPA and AXA and
we are recognised by most insurers. For AXA
and BUPA patients please ensure you provide
your policy number and authorisation code
prior to commencing treatment.
Patients who have private medical insurance
with anyone other than BUPA or AXA must pay
the clinic directly for treatment received.
You will be provided with a receipt to submit
to your insurer. Where it is agreed we can
claim directly from your insurer/3rd Party,
you will however incur a one off invoicing
fee for this.
It is the responsibility of the patient to
obtain approval from their insurer/3rd Party
and to ensure they are fully covered by their
policy for the treatment that they receive.
Patients are liable for settlement in full
should there be any shortfall or non-payment
from their insurer/3rd Party under your policy
or 3rd Party terms.
Please note that our position is as a provider
only. Unfortunately we cannot dispute policy
claims, payments or details on behalf of
patients and act only on the advice given
by the insurer relating to payment/s for
treatment. All payments that are outstanding
must be paid in the first instance to Southfields
Physiotherapy Ltd and any disputes must be
taken up directly with your insurer.
Patient relationships are as important to
us as patient care and we aim to receive
all outstanding payments from patients affably
within the stated times. In the unlikely
case where payment is not received for treatment
then we will regrettably pass this onto our
credit control team and all charges to recover
the debt will be the liability of the patient.
