Sheldon Allen - Health and Fitness Coach (NASM)
It's important to have fun whilst achieving better health and you can enjoy sessions that combine some of the best, fun and functional training tools used for achieving optimal fitness and function.

These include Functional Movement Screening (FMS), Boxercise, Kickboxercise, Kettlebells, TRX suspension trainer, BOSU, Stability ball, ladders, hurdles cones and more.

Sheldon gained his qualification as a Health and Fitness Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). It was through (KTA), one of Europe’s largest Kettlebell training academies where he qualified as an advanced kettlebell instructor.

It’s was his passion for sports conditioning which led him to gain certificates through TWIST Sport Conditioning in Agility, Quickness and Reactivity (AQR), Sport Core and Sport balance.

He is a certified expert in movement screening and advanced corrective exercise. The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is the product of an exercise philosophy known as Functional Movement Systems. This exercise philosophy and corresponding set of resources is based on sound science, years of innovation, and current research.
