At the Southfields Physiotherapy we currently run five Pilates classes throughout the week from beginners to advanced levels. Our Pilates instructors are all Chartered Physiotherapists who have been trained in Modified Pilates. This means that we are able to adapt exercises if you have an injury or pain. Before starting a beginners programme clients who are not familiar with the Pilates principles may be asked to attend a one-to-one introductory session with the Physiotherapist where the principles of Pilates are taught to ensure that you get the most out of the classes.

At the physiotherapists discretion, it may be necessary to conduct a 1-2-1 session before joining a class to establish your medical history and teach the basic Pilates principles.
Classes are run in consecutive blocks of 8. Fees are payable in advance as a show of commitment. Current participants will have first option to continue into the next 8 week course.
