At Southfields Physiotherapy we run 8 Pilates classes throughout the week. Our Pilates instructors include Chartered Physiotherapists and Chiropractors who have post graduate qualifications in Pilates. As allied medical professionals they are able to adapt exercises if you have an injury or pain. Before joining our classes, clients who are not familiar with the Pilates principles may be asked to attend a one-to-one introductory session with the instructor where a medical history is taken and the principles of Pilates are taught to ensure that you get the most out of the classes. Classes are run in consecutive blocks of 8. Fees are payable in advance as a show of commitment. Current participants will have first option to continue into the next 8 week course.

In addition to our Pilates classes we also offer yoga, advanced core stability and Swiss ball classes.
