w rebeccaRebecca is a certified Pilates and Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Sports Massage Therapist with a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition. Her journey into health and fitness began with a fascination for how movement, nutrition, and recovery influence overall well-being, leading her to build a broad skill set that integrates mindful movement with strength and rehabilitation.

She has completed 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal, specialising in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar styles, and later qualified as a Pilates instructor and Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. This diverse training allows her to design tailored sessions that restore function, improve posture, build strength, and enhance mobility while supporting sustainable, healthy habits.

Rebecca’s approach combines precise Pilates and yoga techniques, targeted massage, and personalised exercise programs to help clients recover from injury, prevent future issues, and move with greater confidence. She believes in meeting each client where they are, making movement enjoyable, sustainable, and transformative.

Outside of teaching and clinical work, Rebecca enjoys running, hiking, surfing, and paddleboarding, reflecting her passion for an active, balanced lifestyle.
