Making a complaint

We aim to deliver the best care and services possible to all our clients and patients and hope that the treatment or service you receive from us are of the quality you need.

Occasionally, we know that there may be times when you may be unhappy with the treatment or service you’ve received at our clinic, or you may want to suggest a way for us to improve.
You can make a formal complaint by:

Please include your full name, date of birth and address. For us to best deal with your complaint please also include the details of the practitioner, service or time of your appointment to which your complaint relates to.

Dealing with your complaint

Once we have received your complaint we will acknowledge your complaint within 3 days. We will aim to resolve your complaint within 10 working days.
